We are pleased to announce that we have a link to the Quantum EPoS
system from Cunninghams EPoS Group
Not only can Food & Drink be sent to the guest room bills, but also all the cash / card transactions made in the hotel's Restaurant / Bar are batched up and automatically posted in to our PMS each day. Staff are also able to check a room's occupant, balance and departure date directly from the till.

Back last year, we ditched our old office phone system and moved our lines in to the cloud, this allowed us to have more flexability with call routing, call queueing system, detailed call logging etc, the best bit, it is a lot cheaper too!

6th Apr 17 - Fokus now integrates with GuestRevu
GuestRevu is a customer feedback / survey questionnaire service that follows up on a guest's stay and passes any feedback back to the hotel.
Fokus will automatically pass the guest information to GuestRevu and they interact with the guest by email using a tailor made feed back request / questionnaire.
Hotelier's can then act on this information to improve the quality of the stay for future guests.
