We are a UK based company that specialize in providing I.T solutions for Hotels, we have our own 'Easy to Use!', 'Fully Featured' Hotel Management Software system called 'FOKUS'.

Fokus will make managing your hotel a breeze, taking care of all aspects of running your hotel, such as reservations, inhouse guest bill's, financial reporting. It even integrates to various online channel manager's, making sure that your inventory is bang up to date online and will import those reservations that get made online.

Zalion's key personnel have each got over 25 years experience in the UK hotel I.T industry, so you're in good hands with us!

Beside Fokus, we also provide Channel Manager solutions with and without interfacing to Fokus, allowing you to manage your online inventory all in one place. This helps you avoid the pitfalls of over booking because you or your staff forgot to remove sold inventory from another agent, or you hold back inventory to avoid over booking and have unsold rooms that you may have sold.

We also provide EPOS solutions which integrate in to Fokus, so you can sell drinks in the bar, food in the restaurant and charge straight to your guest's room bill. You can also manage your food & drink products plus stock control with back office software.

We now also offer card processing solutions with very competitive rates, these can also integrate with your EPOS system or operate as standalone terminals.

6th Apr 17 - Fokus now integrates with GuestRevu

GuestRevu is a customer feedback / survey questionnaire service that follows up on a guest's stay and passes any feedback back to the hotel. Fokus will automatically pass the guest information to GuestRevu and they interact with the guest by email using a tailor made feed back request / questionnaire. Hotelier's can then act on this information to improve the quality of the stay for future guests.
